As a Product Manager at Yeeppi Software, I led a project aimed at digitising workforce management for healthcare staffing agencies. I defined the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while managing a team through the development and testing phases.


The project involved conducting user and market research to determine the value proposition and designing an object-oriented user experience (OOUX). The outcome included a deployed MVP, a detailed product roadmap, a data model, and comprehensive product documentation.


This solution not only optimised workflows and enhanced collaboration but also promoted sustainability by transitioning to paperless operations.
